Cabin 4 With knotty pine walls, this cozy cabin is sure to please! It has 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 full sized beds, and a pull out couch in the living room, which makes enough room for up to 5 people to sleep, but rates are based on up to 2 adults. Cabin 4 does have a/c. Our cabins have LCD HD TV's, Direct TV & wireless internet. This cabin includes 1 dock space, each additional space is $20 per day or $100 per week.
Extra adult fees are $20 per night or $100 per week
*3 night min in May, 5 night min June, July & August
***3 night min on holiday weekends
DEPOSITS
$200 deposit on 4 or more nights $100 deposit on 3 or less nights
Deposits will be taken off your bill upon settling up. If you have to cancel:
~More than 6 months in advance, your deposit will be refunded.
~Less than 6 months in advance, the deposits are only refundable when we re-book the cabin for the same amount as your booking.
~You are held responsible for the nights you book!
~Monthly Renters: All deposits are non-refundable with the exception if we are able to rebook the cabin for the same dates and amount.

We are pet friendly! Woof! We do charge $20 per night or $100 per week per pet. We also charge extra for damages or cleaning up after them both inside & out!

PLEASE BRING PROOF UPON ARRIVAL.
*Please check with us if you need the times to be different! We are a lot more flexible off season!
Window air conditioners are available in all of our cabins. The triplex (cabins 12, 13 & 14) have central air.
We do our best to give you a 5 star stay! Your cabin will be cleaned and ready for you! But we are human, and sometimes miss or forget things so we may need a little bit of grace! If you have any needs, please come see us, we appreciate knowing of any issues when they arise so we can make things right!
