Cabin 15 is a 2 bedroom lakefront cabin. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the other bedroom has a full size & twin beds. There is 2 Ez Beds in the living room (both are full size). The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Cabin 15 has a sunroom addition with a wonderful lake view! There is a small covered deck with a grill and a large fire pit area. Rates are based on 4 adults but can sleep up to 9. This cabin does have a washer & dryer! Cabin 15 does have a/c, we just charge $15 per day if it's used. All of our cabins have LCD HD TV's, Direct TV & wireless internet. We have a 3 night min. stay in May & Aug. Please bring your own towels, both kitchen & bath. This cabin includes 1 dock space, each additional space is $20 per day or $100 per week.
Rates are based on 4 adults... Children under 18 stay free!
Extra adult fees are $20 per night or $100 per week
*3 night min in May, By the week only in June & July & Aug
***3 night min on holiday weekends
DEPOSITS
$200 deposit on 4 or more nights $100 deposit on 3 or less nights
Deposits will be taken off your bill upon settling up. If you have to cancel:
~More than 6 months in advance, your deposit will be refunded.
~Less than 6 months in advance, the deposits are only refundable when we re-book the cabin for the same amount as your booking.
~You are held responsible for the nights you book!
~Monthly Renters: All deposits are non-refundable with the exception if we are able to rebook the cabin for the same dates and amount.

We are pet friendly! Woof! We do charge $20 per night or $100 per week per pet. We also charge extra for damages or cleaning up after them both inside & out!

PLEASE BRING PROOF UPON ARRIVAL.
*Please check with us if you need the times to be different! We are a lot more flexible off season!
Window air conditioners are available in all of our cabins. The triplex (cabins 12, 13 & 14) have central air, which is included in the rate.
We do our best to give you a 5 star stay! Your cabin will be cleaned and ready for you! But we are human, and sometimes miss or forget things so we may need a little bit of grace! If you have any needs, please come see us, we appreciate knowing of any issues when they arise so we can make things right!
