Main level: Master bedroom has 1 queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen & 1 twin and the living room has 2 queen sized Easy Beds. There is also a complete kitchen, dining room, full bathroom with tub/shower and a washer & dryer.
Lower Level: The 3rd bedroom consists of 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. There are also 2 queen sized Easy Beds in the large family room and a 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower.
There are 2 levels with a generous 1750 sq. ft. This cabin has double adjoining doors with both cabins 13 & 14. Cabin 12 comes with 2 dock slips.

Rates are based on up to 9 adults... Children under 18 stay free!
Extra adult fees are $20 per night or $100 per week

DEPOSITS
Cabin 12: $500 deposit on 4 or more nights, $200 deposit on 3 or less nights
Deposits will be taken off your bill upon settling up. If you have to cancel:
~More than 6 months in advance, your deposit will be refunded.
~Less than 6 months in advance, the deposits are only refundable when we re-book the cabin for the same amount as your booking.
~You are held responsible for the nights you book!
~Monthly Renters: All deposits are non-refundable with the exception if we are able to rebook the cabin for the same dates and amount.

We are pet friendly! Woof! We do charge $20 per night or $100 per week per pet. We also charge extra for damages or cleaning up after them both inside & out!
*ALL PETS MUST BE UP TO DATE ON SHOTS! DISTEMPER, PARVO & RABIES
PLEASE BRING PROOF UPON ARRIVAL.
*Please check with us if you need the times to be different! We are a lot more flexible off season!
Window air conditioners are available in all of our cabins. The triplex (cabins 12, 13 & 14) have central air, which is included in the rate.
We do our best to give you a 5 star stay! Your cabin will be cleaned and ready for you! But we are human, and sometimes miss or forget things so we may need a little bit of grace! If you have any needs, please come see us, we appreciate knowing of any issues when they arise so we can make things right!
